Description
Soft and chewy banana blondies with a vanilla wafer crust. These blondies taste like banana pudding in bar form.

- 16 Ounces Vanilla Wafers
- 2 Cups Butter (Melted and Divided)
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/4 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Boxes Banana Pudding (3.4 Ounces Each)
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
- In a large plastic baggie crush vanilla wafers. Set aside one cup.
- Pour the remaining wafers into a large bowl. Pour in 3/4 cup of butter (measure prior to melting) and mix until combined.
- Press into the bottom of prepared pan and bake for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, granulated sugar, and dry pudding mix for your banana blondies.
- Stir in eggs, vanilla, and remaining butter.
- Fold in chocolate chips and remaining vanilla wafers.
- Spread over prepared crust and bake for 15-20 minutes. These delicious banana blondies are ready when golden.
