Description

Quick and easy creamy beef pasta recipe packed with protein.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (whole grain or regular)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart.
  3. Drain excess fat, then add beef broth to the skillet.
  4. Stir in cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  5. Toss in cooked pasta and mix thoroughly. Add parmesan cheese and stir again.
  6. Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
