- 8 oz pasta (whole grain or regular)
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup low-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart.
- Drain excess fat, then add beef broth to the skillet.
- Stir in cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix thoroughly. Add parmesan cheese and stir again.
- Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
