- Pour the hot brine over the jalapeños and onions, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Allow the jars to cool to room temperature.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate.
- Allow pickles to sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving for best flavor development.
