Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup orange juice concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • a pinch kosher salt
  • Jarred caramel sauce (for serving)
  • Orange candy slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine chocolate sorbet, unsweetened almond milk, orange juice concentrate, pure vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  2. If a thicker slushie is desired, add an extra scoop of chocolate sorbet and pulse. For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk and blend for another 15 seconds.
  3. Optionally, prepare the slushie mixture a few hours in advance. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator and stir before serving.
  4. Pour the slushie mixture into chilled glasses. Drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with orange candy slices. Serve immediately.
