Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine chocolate sorbet, unsweetened almond milk, orange juice concentrate, pure vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
- If a thicker slushie is desired, add an extra scoop of chocolate sorbet and pulse. For a thinner consistency, add more almond milk and blend for another 15 seconds.
- Optionally, prepare the slushie mixture a few hours in advance. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator and stir before serving.
- Pour the slushie mixture into chilled glasses. Drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with orange candy slices. Serve immediately.
