- 40 g Water
- 2 tbsp Honey (optional)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with water until smooth and frothy, creating a paste.
- In a separate bowl, mix the matcha paste with heavy cream and honey.
- Using an electric whisk, beat the mixture until it reaches a slightly thick consistency. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour coconut water into a glass.
- Top the coconut water with the matcha cloud mixture.
- Sprinkle with additional matcha powder and garnish with rosemary if desired.
