Description

A refreshing and hydrating tropical matcha drink featuring ceremonial matcha, coconut water, and a creamy matcha cloud topping. This easy-to-make beverage is perfect for a summer treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 40 g Water
  • 2 tbsp Honey (optional)
  • Coconut Water (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with water until smooth and frothy, creating a paste.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the matcha paste with heavy cream and honey.
  3. Using an electric whisk, beat the mixture until it reaches a slightly thick consistency. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Pour coconut water into a glass.
  5. Top the coconut water with the matcha cloud mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with additional matcha powder and garnish with rosemary if desired.
