Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the wet ingredient mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula or hands until all ingredients are well coated.
