  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dressing: In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream and olive oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add sweet corn, black beans, Rotel tomatoes, and chopped bell pepper. Sprinkle in shredded cheddar cheese. Toss gently to distribute.
  3. Mix with Dressing: Pour the creamy dressing over the corn mixture. Gently fold the dressing into the salad until well coated.
  4. Add Fritos Before Serving: Fold in Fritos just before serving to maintain their crunch.
