- 4 cups corn Chex cereal
- 4 cups rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 2 cups pita chips, lightly crushed (bagel chips may be substituted)
- ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
- 5 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons dried dill (adjust to taste)
- 1-ounce packet dry ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the corn Chex, rice Chex, pretzels, and crushed pita chips. Stir to mix evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, dill pickle juice, and dried dill until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, stirring to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the mixture and stir again to ensure all pieces are seasoned.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stopping every minute to stir and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet to cool completely.

- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free pretzels and pita chips.
