Instructions
- Combine soy sauce and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Stir in sesame oil and chili oil. Adjust chili oil for desired heat.
- Add minced garlic, chopped green onions, and sugar.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- If the flavor is too strong, add water to mellow it out.
