- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 2 minced garlic cloves
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons white wine (optional)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
- Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Deglaze the pan with chicken broth and optional white wine. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Lower heat to medium and add softened cream cheese. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 6–8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
