Description
A simple and healthy frozen yogurt bark recipe with strawberries and chocolate chips. This no-bake treat is high in protein and perfect for snacks or dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Vanilla Yogurt (can substitute with plain Greek yogurt for more protein)
- 1 cup Sliced Strawberries (can substitute with bananas, raspberries, or blueberries)
- 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (can use cacao nibs for a healthier option)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Spoon vanilla yogurt onto the baking sheet and spread evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Sprinkle sliced strawberries and mini chocolate chips over the yogurt layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 3-4 hours until solid.
- Remove the bark, cut it into pieces, and enjoy!
- Keep leftover pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- For a softer texture, store in the fridge for up to 3 days, but freezing preserves the crunch better.
- Experiment with different fruits and toppings for variations.
- Ensure even spreading of yogurt for uniform freezing.
- Use an airtight container for storage to prevent freezer burn.
