  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the garlic herb mixture all over the lamb chops. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated lamb chops and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
  4. Remove lamb chops from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
