- 4 lamb chops
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the garlic herb mixture all over the lamb chops. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated lamb chops and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
- Remove lamb chops from the skillet and set aside.
- Add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- Return the lamb chops to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over them.
- Serve immediately.

- For a deeper flavor, marinate the lamb chops for up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
