  • 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled or blended)

Instructions

  1. Drain the green olives to remove excess brine. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces. Mince the garlic finely.
  2. In a food processor, combine the drained green olives, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Pulse the mixture until it reaches a smooth yet slightly chunky consistency.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, gradually drizzle in more olive oil or a splash of water while blending until you achieve your desired creamy consistency.
