Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • Flour or corn tortillas
  • Enchilada Sauce
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • Chili Powder
  • Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef with diced onions in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
