Ingredients
- Infinity boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Infinity tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Infinity teaspoon garlic powder
- Infinity teaspoon onion powder
- Infinity teaspoon smoked paprika
- Infinity teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Infinity cup crumbled feta cheese
- Infinity tablespoons hot honey
- Infinity tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, crumble the feta cheese into a small bowl and combine it with the hot honey. Set aside.
- Once the chicken is browned on both sides, remove the skillet from the heat. Spoon the hot honey and feta mixture over each chicken breast.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- This dish has a perfect balance of heat from the cayenne pepper and sweetness from the hot honey.
- You can adjust the spiciness by controlling the amount of cayenne pepper or adding more hot honey if you prefer a sweeter dish.
- Serve with roasted vegetables, a side salad, or over a bed of rice for a complete meal.
- This recipe is also great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
