- 200 grams of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Toothpicks or kitchen twine
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking.
- In a bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound with a meat mallet until evenly flattened.
- Spoon the feta mixture onto each chicken breast, then roll them up tightly. Secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken rolls for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
