Description

Refreshing and healthy strawberry yogurt bites made with Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries. These easy-to-make frozen treats are perfect for a guilt-free snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries, remove stems, and blend in a food processor until smooth. Add honey during blending if desired.
  2. In a bowl, combine strawberry puree with Greek yogurt and stir until smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with a corner cut off.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Pipe small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper, about one inch in diameter.
  6. Freeze the sheet pan for at least 1 hour, or until the bites are firm.
  7. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
