Instructions
- Wash strawberries, remove stems, and blend in a food processor until smooth. Add honey during blending if desired.
- In a bowl, combine strawberry puree with Greek yogurt and stir until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with a corner cut off.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pipe small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper, about one inch in diameter.
- Freeze the sheet pan for at least 1 hour, or until the bites are firm.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
