Description

These Irresistible S’mores Hand Pies capture classic campfire flavors in a portable dessert, perfect for any occasion. They feature a flaky crust filled with gooey marshmallow, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers.

  • 1 package Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 2 bars Chocolate Bars, chopped
  • 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Salted Butter, melted
  • Cinnamon Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove refrigerated pie crust from packaging and let rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Flour a clean surface and use a rolling pin to gently flatten the dough.
  3. Cut out circles from the pie dough using a 3-inch cookie cutter, aiming for about 12 circles.
  4. In a bowl, combine chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers.
  5. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the filling onto half of the dough circles, leaving space at the edges.
  6. Moisten the edges with water, place another dough circle on top, and seal firmly with a fork. Poke small holes in the tops to allow steam to escape.
  7. Brush the tops of each hand pie with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or optional cinnamon sugar.
  8. Carefully place 2 to 4 prepared pies in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
  9. Remove from air fryer and let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
